In the Sonne See Spa, when it comes to sweating, you have the choice between a panorama sauna, herbal bath or a steam bath. Perfectly supported by the different, pleasant massage techniques of our therapists. Depending on what kind of treatment you need and prefer, an individual massage package will be put together for your needs and wishes. This ranges from the removal of tension in the neck, back and pelvic area to muscle regeneration massages and fascia massages, which promote blood circulation and remove stuck connective tissue.
